Solid polyurethane hydroclones in diameters from 4” to 10” remove large particles at high flow rates – up to 500 gpm (2000 liters/min). Multiple hydroclones can be manifolded for even higher flow rates.
Solid polyurethane hydroclones resist erosion in highly abrasive applications. Polyurethane is up to ten times more abrasion resistant than stainless steel.
Inlet and overflow connections are configured to provide installation flexibility. They are provided with internal threads (FNPT) and external Victaulic grooves. Underflows have manually adjustable nozzles suitable for discharge into a vessel or launder.
