HydroLoan™, our hydroclone process evaluation program

We facilitate pilot hydroclone studies with the ChemIndustrial HydroLoan™ program. Evaluation kits are available to qualified processors at modest cost. The kits consist of:

• One (1) 15 gallon cone-bottom polyethylene tank
• One (1) 2" ChemIndustrial Model HY2PPB20 Hydroclone
• One (1) 3" ChemIndustrial Model HY3PPB20 Hydroclone
• One (1) 1.5-hp centrifugal pump
• One (1) set of polypropylene valves, piping components and hoses
• One (1) stainless steel frame with support members

The program allows customers to test Hydroclone separation on their own process liquids in their own plants without a purchase commitment. Process evaluation kits are available for a 30-day test period on short notice. Call ChemIndustrial for details about the HydroLoan™ program.
